UK ORDERS - FREE 1st Class Shipping
Shipping is free! UK orders are normally shipped by Royal Mail's First Class postal service, which means most orders placed before 2pm will arrive the next day, including Saturday! However, please note that heavier orders over 2Kg may be shipped using a 24/48hr courier service. Special delivery can also be added to your basket for guaranteed next Working Day delivery. A minimum order of £3.50 is required to checkout.

EU & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International delivery charges are calculated just before checkout and are not shown live in the basket. International delivery includes shipping by Royal Mail's Airmail service. Shipping charges are shown at checkout but as a rough guide:
Orders to Europe - 1p per 2g parcel weight
Orders to Worldwide - 1.5p per 1g parcel weight
Minimum charge of £3.00

Heavy items (over 2Kg) cannot be shipped unless split or sent via courier at additional cost. You will be advised at checkout.

INSURANCE
UK orders are insured for their full value if they become lost. EU and US orders are insured for up to £40 if they become lost. Non-UK customers may elect to pay for the International Plus service at checkout for full cover. Note that Royal Mail do not accept claims for lost items until 15 days has passed since the date of posting. Unlike some other stores who insist you claim from the Royal Mail directly, we don't, but this is with the proviso that you will respond to the letter that Royal Mail send to confirm the item did not arrive (otherwise we will not be reimbursed). If there is a delivery service you require but can't see, please contact the store for a quote.

ALL ORDERS
All in stock orders received before 2pm GMT will be sent the same day (Monday to Friday). Orders received after 2pm GMT will be sent on the following business day(Monday to Friday, excluding Christmas and Bank Holidays).
