Smoky Quartz has a subtle but empowering energy which can help ease fears and lift depression. Its characteristic smokiness promotes serenity and can aid calmness and diplomacy in confrontational situations. It is protective and grounding.

I am delighted with the four smoky quartz tumblestones I ordered – along with some equally beautiful banded agate, red jasper, carnelian, citrine, amethyst and jade – and which all arrived today. Smoky quartz has always been one of my favourite stones, in jewellery and for use in meditation and healing, and the four stones I received today were very clear stones, full of light and energy. I love them!
