Mordreth's Review
Iíve been using this cloth when I do readings for some time now, and invariably people comment on how beautiful it is. I have to agree. Although I admit to having loved it from when I first saw it,...

Dame Fortune's Wheel Tarot

[Search images] [Add to wishlist]

Publishers Description:
Researcher, author, and artist Paul Husonís deck is an important step forward in the evolution of Tarot. For centuries, the elegance of the Marseille Tarots and the insight of Etteilla remained virtually unchanged. Combining these forces, Huson creates a remarkable deck that provides accurate scenic images for the traditional pip cards. Sure to become a classic.

Dame Fortune's Wheel Tarot has taken the tarot world by storm. It's a rare deck that will appeal to both serious tarot students - who will appreciate the historical and esoteric elements - and (no-less-serious) tarot readers - who will appreciate the timeless illustrative style, mouth-watering colours, and highly readable half-scenic pips. A modern tarot decked out in fine ancestral clothes.

[18/11/2011] Javi's Review
A very interesting deck. It's based on the Marseille tradition but integrates many ideas from the occultist Etteilla.

The artwork is beautiful. The images are elegant and inspired by medieval themes. Colors are appealing and pleasant to the eye.

This deck provides a fresh view of the tarot. And is full of esoteric and spiritual powers. So it's definitely a must have for any tarot enthusiast.

Five stars. Paul Huson, with the publication of this beautiful and engaging deck (and his book 'Mystical Origins of the Tarot'), is one of the foremost contributors to an authentic understanding and expression of tarot.
