Mordreth's Review
The Bosch Tarot is like no other deck I’ve ever seen. In fact, the only deck even remotely comparable (and it too is highly individual!) is perhaps the Deviant Moon Tarot which conjures up another...

The famous cards of Mlle Lenormand (1772-1843), the 'Sibyl of Paris', are reproduced here in a wonderful new edition.

The cards are painted using the classical Eitempera technique and are captivating works of art with brilliant colours.

[17/07/2011] Mordreth's Review
This was the first Lenormand pack that I bought and, although I've looked at many other packs since I just haven't found another that I wanted. As someone who has - for forty years - been buying Tarot packs and whose appetite for Tarot packs is seemingly insatiable, this has surprised me. These beautifully illustrated cards live up to the promise of their name: their images are mystical and evocative while also being sufficiently connected to matters worldly to be easy use in a reading. If you are unfamiliar with Lenormand, the cards seem to connect more directly with everyday matters than Tarot cards - which by comparison - are more psychological/spiritual. The accompanying LWB provides enough information to get you started. I thoroughly recommend these cards and if you come to them from a Tarot background, try using them with Tarot. The synchronicities will delight you, and when you reflect on them probably not surprise you.
