Often touted as THE classic tarot deck, the Rider Waite (sometimes referred to as the Rider-Waite-Smith) is certainly one of the most-easily recognised decks in the world. It was the first deck to feature scenes on the minor arcana cards and its combination of clear imagery and detailed symbolism make it an ideal reading deck for beginners or more advanced tarotists alike.
This edition has the traditional tudor rose back design that was a feature of the first 1910 deck.

What can you say about the Rider Waite Tarot? It's popular, easy to read from and always gives good answers. I don't use mine very often now as dare I say it I find it a little boring! Though I would never part with my deck as all good reader's start with the Rider Waite. Well in my opinion! lol
